A life-long resident of MDI, Connie enjoys sharing her love of the Island with her clients. Away from the office, Connie is a member of the board of directors of a local bank, is mom to three grown sons, and active grand mom to six grandsons. She and her husband, Rob, who is retired from a 30-year career at The Jackson Laboratory, live on property at Long Pond that has been in Connie's family since 1952.

Bob Bond has lived in the Bar Harbor area and has owned and operated successful businesses there for more than 25 years. Most notably Bob was the founder and President of Bond Builders, Inc., one of the area’s most respected construction companies, which he sold in 2001. Over the years Bob has been involved in a variety of civic and community causes. Among them he was on the Board of Directors for the Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce for 4 years, and spent 5 years on the Mount Desert Island Hospital Board of Trustees, serving as Chairman for 2 years. Currently Bob and his wife Jaye own and operate Bond Property Management, a full service management and development company, from their home office in Trenton, Maine.
Lynam Real Estate welcomes Aaron Sprague as their newest agent. A native of Downeast Maine, Aaron has served the Bar Harbor community for over a decade in the hospitality industry. Aaron became interested in the real estate business after purchasing his first home. Receiving encouragement from local brokers, he became an agent and will continue to utilize his strength in sales. With a background in great customer service and numerous ties to community leaders, Aaron is extremely excited about his transition into real estate.
Leslyn first came to MDI like so many others on family vacations as a child. She was lucky enough to meet and marry native Andrew Shea. She and Andy returned to the island 10 years ago to raise their two sons, Mac and Drew. Leslyn spent her first career in education. She has had the opportunity to live, teach and buy homes in many parts of the country. With the blessing and support of her mother-in-law Connie she is eager and enthusiastic about following her passion for helping people settle and find the right home here in downeast Maine.
Leslyn is very involved in youth related organizations. She has coached t-ball, baseball, basketball and soccer. She and her husband support, volunteer and fundraise for Acadian Youth Sports. She is a past eight year president of the Bar Harbor PTSA and current active member. She is also a member of the MDI High School Boosters and the Jesup Memorial Library Young Readers Committee.
When she is not working or cheering from the sidelines, Leslyn takes every opportunity to enjoy and share this beautiful island with family and friends by hiking, cooking, and spending time at camp on Long Pond.
Karen spent the beginning of her career in real estate at Lynams working with then owners, Connie Shea and Suzanne Sylvia. In 1997 Karen left to become Designated Broker of Black and Dillon Real Estate and to later manage a motel she and her husband Bill renovated and ran for a number of years. After 18 years she has returned to Lynams where she is utilizing her many skills acquired over the past 29 years to assist buyers in achieving their dream of home ownership and owners to sell their home and move on to the next phase of their lives. Jon has lived and worked in Bar Harbor most of his life. He brings more than 20 years of carpentry and large estate care taking experience to his real estate sales. Jon has also been a small business owner in Bar Harbor for more than 15 years and has been a volunteer firefighter for the town of Bar Harbor for 13 years. In his free time he enjoys playing golf and snowboarding.
